We do not act as an employer, employment agency, or immigration lawyer. Our role is to source, screen, match, and facilitate placements. All employment relationships are established directly between employers and candidates.
Employers engage hermes HR by submitting a talent request. We will provide shortlisted, pre-screened candidate profiles based on your stated requirements. A separate service agreement governs fees and conditions.
Fees are agreed in writing prior to engagement. hermes HR reserves the right to invoice a replacement fee in the event a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period specified in your service agreement.
Our recruitment services are provided free of charge to candidates. We will never charge candidates fees for job placement.
Registering with hermes HR does not guarantee a job offer. We will make reasonable efforts to match your profile with suitable opportunities, but placement depends on employer requirements and candidate suitability.
hermes HR operates on a strictly mediated basis. All communication between employers and candidates flows exclusively through hermes HR. Neither party may directly contact the other without our express written authorisation. This model protects the integrity of the recruitment process and the confidentiality of all parties.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of hermes HR S.L. and is protected by Spanish and EU intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Las empresas contratan a hermes HR enviando una solicitud de talento. Proporcionaremos perfiles de candidatos preseleccionados basados en sus requisitos. Un contrato de servicios independiente regula las tarifas y condiciones.
Las tarifas se acuerdan por escrito antes de la contratación. hermes HR se reserva el derecho a facturar una tarifa de sustitución si el candidato colocado causa baja dentro del período de garantía especificado en el contrato de servicios.
Nuestros servicios de selección son gratuitos para los candidatos. Nunca cobraremos tarifas de colocación a los candidatos.
Registrarse en hermes HR no garantiza una oferta de empleo. Haremos esfuerzos razonables para emparejar tu perfil con oportunidades adecuadas, pero la colocación depende de los requisitos del empleador y de la idoneidad del candidato.
hermes HR opera en estricto régimen de intermediación. Toda comunicación entre empresas y candidatos fluye exclusivamente a través de hermes HR. Ninguna de las partes podrá contactar directamente con la otra sin nuestra autorización expresa y por escrito. Este modelo protege la integridad del proceso de selección y la confidencialidad de todas las partes.
Todo el contenido de este sitio web — incluyendo textos, gráficos, logotipos y diseño — es propiedad de hermes HR S.L. y está protegido por la legislación española y europea de propiedad intelectual. No está permitido reproducir, distribuir ni utilizar ningún contenido sin nuestro consentimiento previo por escrito.
