Our Director, Paul Oldroyd, has 30 years experience of working for small and medium sized businesses, mainly charities in the care and support sector, 14 of which have been as a member of the senior management team. He is experienced in strategy, risk, and HR management. He has considerable recent experience as an HR generalist including disciplinary and grievance management and TUPE consultations.
